Management Office Operations

The Management Office on the Ground Level of 85 is staffed Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

As at May 1st 2022 the Management Office continues to operate under Covid protocols and is not open to the public. However, all services to residents remain available. Please click on the link or the table below to view and download a complete listing of contact information for the Morguard Team.

Someone will respond to your email or phone message as soon as possible. Please make your request as specific as you can.

You may submit a maintenance request 24 hours every day by using the RentCafe app (available from the Apple AppStore or Google Play) or going to in any web browser. RentCafe will acknowledge your request and give it a ticket number for future reference. As applicable you will receive an email or phone response to discuss your request and/or a follow-up message from RentCafe showing how your request was assigned. Please contact Suzana to open a RentCafe account. If the office is closed you may obtain a paper Maintenance Request Form from the Security Guard and place it in the drop box located on the Management Office door in 85.
